Welcome to our new website
We have spent a lot of time refining our website to make it even easier for you to book at The Wild Outdoors, we hope it feels familiar to use, there a few changes that may affect you.
It is easier to book than ever before
We have done away with having to purchase tokens before you can book. Now you simply add the camps you want to book to your basket and register or log in at the checkout.
Had tokens on your account ?
We now have a virtual wallet, your tokens will now appear as a credit in your wallet.
How to use your wallet credit
Simply add the camps you want to book to your basket, log in at the checkout and your balance will be shown – click the voucher to apply it to your purchase.
Check wallet balance
log into your account and navigating to the YOUR WALLET page.
Previously purchased tokens from The Wild Outdoors and cannot see them as credit in your Wild Wallet, don’t panic.
Due to Data Protection Laws, or if you’ve not booked with us for a while, your old account may no longer be accessible. If this is the case, please create a new account and get in touch. We can then check your tokens balance and apply this as credit into your wallet.
When you contact us, simply tell us your old account email address and your new account address (if it’s changed).
We do apologise for the extra hassle, but we’re here to make the switch-over as easy as possible.
Missing family members?
The process is easier than before, you can now add family members at the checkout. Simply add the camps you want to book and proceed to the checkout.
When you get to the attendees section, click the add family members button, enter their details and click add member – they will now be available in the select attendee dropdown.
You can still manage your family members in your account. After you have logged into your account, navigate to your family page where you can edit and add your children’s details.
