How Much does it cost for a day camp?

When do you run?

Our camps run throughout the school holidays – Easter , Summer and October

Camp times are flexible with 8.30-9am drop off
Collection times 5-5.30pm

we also have a 10am drop off available at some of our locations.

What activities will be on at camp?

Our programmes are full of fun, engaging activities.

Each day is different on camp and we change our timetables weekly.

We have anything from Zorb suits to fire skills to graffiti art to peddle go – karts

What if the weather is bad?

We have various outdoor canvas structures and use of school gym halls and classrooms to carry out activities.

Will friends be grouped together?

Our camps are about having a great time with friends new and old.

We will always encourage mixing with new people but have no problem if siblings and friends want to stay together.

What to bring for the day

We suggest that your child wear clothes that they don’t mind getting a bit dirty.

If they bring a little day bag with the following inside it, that will ensure they are prepared for any weather conditions that occur.

There is the below list but if you are adventuring out with us for the night please look at the sleep over camp list too.

- Clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dirty
- Packed Lunch and Snacks
- Water Bottle
- Waterproof coat
- Warm layers
- Warm hat
- Sun cream
- Sun hat
- Any medication
- Change of clothes and towel if water activity.
- We Kindly ask that you do not bring any sweets or snacks onto camp containing nuts.

What to bring for an overnight camp

- Day camp items
- Sleeping Bag
- Roll Mat
- Pillow
- Change of clothes
- Extra Socks
- Warm Layers – jumpers / hoodies
- Waterproof trousers if the weather is to be very wet.
- Torch (head torch preferable but not essential).
- Wellington boots or appropriate footwear.
- Wash Kit / Toothbrush
- Snacks and Lunch on day 1 only

What age can come?

Our day camps run from age 6 - 12 years

What if I have medical and or additional information about my child?

You can fill any information in regards to your child out in the profile section about your child.
Please add any relevant information about medical needs, additional needs , dietary requirements in this section.

Please call the office for bookings with additional needs for children that require support and or carers.

We will try our best to accommodate these needs.

We trust you will discuss this with us, so we can make the day as positive for your child as possible. And our staff are equipped for the day to supply the required attention.

How can I change my booking?

I used to have tokens, where are they?

We now have a virtual wallet, your tokens will now appear as a credit in your wallet.

I cannot see my tokens as credit in my wallet

Due to Data Protection Laws, or if you’ve not booked with us for a while, your old account may no longer be accessible.If this is the case, please create a new account and get in touch. We can then check your tokens balance and apply this as credit into your wallet.

When you contact us, simply tell us your old account email address and your new account address (if it’s changed).

How do I use my wallet to pay for camps?

Simply add the camps you want to book to your basket, log in at the checkout and your balance will be shown – click the voucher to apply it to your purchase.

How can I check my wallet balance?

log into your account and navigating to the YOUR WALLET page.

I am missing family members, how do I add them?

You can manage your family members in your account. After you have logged into your account, navigate to your family page where you can edit and add your children’s details.

You can also add them when you get to the attendees section when making a booking, click the add family members button, enter their details and click add member – they will now be available in the select attendee dropdown.

We accept childcare vouchers!

If you receive child vouchers, we can now convert them into credit to use on Wild Outdoors Camps.

Simply go to our contact page and select the childcare vouchers option in the subject, then send us an email with your contact details and who your provider is. We can then add credit to your wallet for you to book when you would like.
