Welcome to our new booking system
Booking with us is very simple
The first thing you need to do is create an account by signing up. If you’ve already got an account, you can log in.
Now you’re all set to purchase Wild Tokens.
You can do this from the SHOP or your account dashboard.
Each day event is 1 token, overnights are 2 tokens and you can purchase as many tokens as you like. Don’t worry, they won’t expire so if you don’t use them all in one go, they will be there when you next log in.
Once you have chosen the tokens you need and added them to your cart, simply check out and complete payment.
Booking an event.
Now you have an account and tokens in your wallet you’re ready to start booking events.
You can do this from Locations or BOOK NOW to see a calendar view.
Once you have chosen your event and selected how many people are coming, click the Get Tickets button and select the family members that will be attending.
Once you have all the ticket spaces you need booked, simply go the checkout and complete your booking.
We’ll then email you confirming the event location and attendees.
Welcome back
Once you are logged in to your account you can use your dashboard to see how many tokens you have, and to buy more.
Your tickets will show you which events and camps you are booked into.
You can use manage your family to choose; who is attending, emergency contacts and child details, you can also pop in here who is allowed to pick them up.
You can also manage your cards, addresses and see past orders.
If you need to change your password you can do this via your account.
