What will we do
Depart from Edinburgh and travel to the wilderness lodge near Ballater. Upon arrival at The John Duff Lodge, enjoy a delicious meal prepared for us. We'll then have a site orientation and room allocation. In the evening, engage in games and stargazing activities. We'll take a walk under the dark skies, providing an opportunity to marvel at the stars in a way we may have never experienced before.
Indulge in a hearty cooked breakfast featuring bacon, eggs, sausages, potato scones, and beans to fuel us for our busy first day. Enjoy mountain biking activities before returning to the lodge for some hilarious Highland Games. In the evening, relish a satisfying meal followed by gathering around the campfire for roasted marshmallows and hot chocolate.
Kickstart your morning with indulgent American-style pancakes served with bacon and maple syrup. Embark on a mountain adventure with a picnic lunch on the hill. Conclude our day with a thrilling river crossing before returning to the lodge for gel blaster or water battles. We will wrap up our final evening with a scrumtious dinner followed by a cozy movie night and games.
After enjoying a breakfast spread of yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, and more, the gang will embark on exciting gorge walking adventures. Following lunch, we'll make our way back home.
