Full Refund: Need to cancel? No worries. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your camp starts, and you’ll receive a full refund, no fuss. This helps us give your spot to another eager explorer.

Virtual Wallet Credit: If you find yourself having to cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we’ve still got you covered. We’ll credit the value of your booking to your virtual wallet for you to use on a future camp date. It’s our way of making sure you don’t miss out on the adventure.

A Few Important Details:Your virtual wallet credit is ready to be used for any of our camps and activities, offering you the flexibility to choose another date that suits you.

Quick Refund Processing: We aim to process refunds promptly, ensuring you see your refund within just 2 working days. We’re committed to providing a service that’s is reliable and straightforward.
